Product Introduction

The pneumatic quick-acting valve produced by our company is a high-tech electromechanical integrated product with independent intellectual property rights. It has the advantages of small size, beautiful appearance, safety and reliability, long operating life, excellent performance, and convenient installation, use, and maintenance.

The transmission part of this series of products is a compact gear rack transmission mechanism with a constant force arm. The product is divided into conventional quick opening and closing valves and explosion-proof quick opening and closing valves according to the requirements of the working environment, resulting in different supporting components; According to the different types of energy storage components during emergency rapid opening and closing, they can be divided into two different types: air storage tank type and spring type. The tail of the actuator cylinder is equipped with a row buffer device to prevent cylinder impact and vibration during rapid action, effectively protecting the safe operation of valves and equipment.

The gas storage tank type uses steel gas storage tanks as the emergency valve closing power source; Under normal working conditions, the pressure air source controls the valve to open and close at a constant speed through an electromagnetic valve, and there is sufficient compressed air stored in the air storage tank. Spring type uses compression spring as the emergency valve closing power source; Under normal operating conditions, the pressure air source controls the valve's constant speed opening and closing through an electromagnetic valve, and compresses the spring to reserve energy. When a crisis situation occurs in the system, the solenoid valve acts, and the pressure air source or compression spring in the air storage tank is quickly released. The main valve is controlled to implement emergency opening and closing within 0.2-0.8 seconds, achieving reliable cut-off or conduction of the pipeline and protecting the safety of the main equipment in the pipeline.

The conventional quick opening and closing valve is mainly installed in the extraction pipe, connecting pipe, and other high safety level pipelines of the steam turbine. Explosion proof quick opening and closing valves are mainly used for emergency quick closing and shut-off of hazardous pipelines such as chemical, metallurgical, energy pipelines, biological power generation, and blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation (TRT) escape pipelines, or for quick closing or opening of equipment in high safety plants for gas prevention and explosion prevention in the coal mining industry.
