Product Introduction

This valve is a metal hard sealed check valve that uses pneumatic energy storage springs to release energy and assist in closing. It is suitable for steam turbine extraction pipeline systems. When the steam turbine is shut down urgently, this valve is used to prevent the backflow of steam and condensate in the pipeline system from causing damage to the steam turbine. This valve has the following characteristics:

1. The butterfly plate is inclined at a large angle to shorten the opening and closing stroke, and is assisted by air (liquid) or spring pressure to achieve quick closing.

2. The large eccentric metal sealing structure utilizes the thrust of the medium to assist in closing, achieving the purpose of check and cut-off.

3. The sealing adopts a triple offset structure, and the switch has no friction, greatly increasing the service life of the valve.
