Product Introduction

The 0.3S hydraulic quick-acting control valve produced by our company is a high-tech electromechanical hydraulic integrated product with independent intellectual property rights. It has the advantages of small size, beautiful appearance, safety and reliability, long operating life, excellent performance, and convenient installation, use, and maintenance.

The transmission part of this series of products is a compact gear rack transmission mechanism with a constant force arm, and provides a complete set of electro-hydraulic control and oil source devices. It can also be directly controlled using on-site oil sources, and can be connected to OPC, AST, and other security oil sources for multi-point control according to working conditions. The valve position feedback adopts LVDT high-temperature resistant straight stroke sensor, and the adjustment control adopts high-precision imported proportional valve or servo valve, with a positioning accuracy of 0.5%. The tail of the actuator oil cylinder is equipped with a buffer device to prevent cylinder impact and vibration during rapid action, effectively protecting the safe operation of valves and equipment.

The product is divided into conventional quick opening and closing valves and explosion-proof quick opening and closing valves according to the requirements of the working environment, resulting in different supporting components; According to the different types of energy storage components during emergency rapid opening and closing, there are two different types: accumulator type and spring type.

The accumulator type uses an airbag accumulator as the emergency valve closing power source; Under normal working conditions, the pressure oil source is controlled by adjusting and positioning the valve through a servo proportional valve, and there is sufficient pressure oil stored in the accumulator. Spring type uses compression spring as the emergency valve closing power source; Under normal working conditions, the pressure oil source adjusts and positions the valve through a servo proportional valve, and compresses the spring to reserve energy.

When the system encounters crisis conditions, the solenoid valve acts or controls the oil source to lose pressure. The pressure oil source or compression spring stored in the accumulator is quickly released, and the main valve is controlled to implement emergency opening and closing within 0.2-0.8 seconds to achieve reliable cut-off or conduction of the pipeline and protect the safety of the main equipment in the pipeline.

The conventional quick opening and closing control valve is mainly installed in the extraction pipe, connecting pipe, and other high safety level pipelines of the steam turbine. Explosion proof quick opening and closing regulating valves are mainly used for flow regulation and emergency quick closing of hazardous pipelines such as chemical, metallurgical, energy pipelines, biological power generation, and blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation (TRT) inlet pipelines, or for quick closing or opening of equipment in high safety plants for gas prevention and explosion prevention in the coal mining industry.
