Most of the valves in the pipeline network system are mainly used to cut off and regulate the medium. These valves account for a large proportion of the entire system, have a large usage, and require durability and high cost-effectiveness. At the same time, they should be able to adjust and cut off the medium when it flows forward. They can also prevent medium backflow during pressure difference changes or maintenance, which means they have a bidirectional cut-off function. The double-direction metal seated rotary ball valve developed with years of design experience is a combination of the superior sealing performance of ball valves and the advantageous structural performance of butterfly valves. It not only has the practical advantages of bidirectional sealing, adjustability, and long service life of ball valves, but also has the advantages of small volume and light weight of butterfly valves. In fact, it is an eccentric hemispherical valve with a butterfly structure. The sealing principle combines the front sealing of fixed ball valves with the forced sealing of eccentric butterfly valves, Thus achieving bidirectional cut-off of high and low voltage. Advanced processes such as space plasma spraying, Ethernet laser sputtering, vacuum protection infiltration and overlay welding can be used to form gradient functional materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloy, metal ceramic, and artificial diamond on the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair according to different hardness requirements. It can automatically align with the center (adaptive), automatically compensate for wear and tear over the distance, automatically apply extremely high sealing pressure, and there is no friction between the sealing pairs when it is instantly closed or opened. When it is opened, the valve core projection continuously shrinks and retreats, and when it is closed, the valve core projection continuously expands and moves forward. With a short structure and small volume, it can manufacture valves with large, extra large, and extra large diameters. It has a series of advantages such as convenient transportation, installation, maintenance, and reliable operation, Becoming a major technological innovation in the valve industry.

All valves at the outlet of water pumps, pipeline systems, recycled water systems, high-level water tanks, sewage systems prone to flooding, and backflow prevention systems must use two-way flow valves. This valve is widely used for the opening, closing, and regulation of pipelines in industries and departments such as metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, chemical, power, environmental protection, and municipal engineering.
