It not only has the practical advantages of bidirectional sealing, adjustability, and long service life of ball valves, but also has the advantages of small volume and light weight of butterfly valves. In fact, it is an eccentric hemispherical valve with a butterfly structure. The sealing principle combines the front sealing of fixed ball valves with the forced sealing of eccentric butterfly valves, Thus achieving bidirectional cut-off of high and low voltage. Advanced processes such as space plasma spraying, Ethernet laser sputtering, vacuum protection infiltration and overlay welding can be used to form gradient functional materials such as martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloy, metal ceramic, and artificial diamond on the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair according to different hardness requirements. It can automatically align with the center (adaptive), automatically compensate for wear and tear over the distance, automatically apply extremely high sealing pressure, and there is no friction between the sealing pairs when it is instantly closed or opened. When it is opened, the valve core projection continuously shrinks and retreats, and when it is closed, the valve core projection continuously expands and moves forward. With a short structure and small volume, it can manufacture valves with large, extra large, and extra large diameters. It has a series of advantages such as convenient transportation, installation, maintenance, and reliable operation, Becoming a major technological innovation in the valve industry.

1. Simple and Compact Structure:The valve features a simple, compact
design with small volume and lightweight construction, ensuring flexible and convenient operation. Composed of only a few components, it enables quick 90°rotation for fast opening and closing, offering excellent fluid control characteristics. The pressure drop across the valve is minimal, providing superior flow control with low energy loss. When fully open, the water loss is zero, ensuring a completely unobstructed flow path. The internal cavity is self-cleaning—the 90°rotation of the ball automatically flushes the valve body, removing debris from the medium and preventing sediment buildup. The flat-faced ball design delivers a high Cv value, enhancing pump system efficiency and minimizing abrasion.
2. Resistance to Particle Abrasion:Utilizing a double-eccentric principle,
the ball only contacts the seat at the final moment of closure, eliminating friction. The seat’s sealing ring is overlaid with wear-resistant, self-lubricating alloy, ensuring resistance to wear and erosion. The knife-edged ball opening and seat provide a wiping and shearing action, preventing scaling.
3. Automatic Seat Compensation for Reliable Sealing:Forward Pressure:
The eccentric design ensures that the ball and seat tighten progressively, achieving excellent sealing.
Reverse Pressure: The floating seat automatically presses against the ball under pressure the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal.Durable Sealing: Maintains long-term sealing integrity even under harsh conditions. If the seat seal wears or gets damaged over time, the spring-loaded mechanism ensures automatic compensation, restoring optimal sealing performance.
